Our high-performance capillary columns are designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern chromatography. Available in inner diameters of 30, 50, 75, and 150 µm, these columns offer exceptional flexibility to suit a variety of applications. With lengths ranging from 5 cm to 25 cm, they can be tailored to optimize separation efficiency for diverse sample sizes. Packed with 1.6 µm C18 particles with a pore size of 100 Å, these columns deliver superior resolution and sensitivity for complex samples. Designed for flow rates between 200 and 2000 nL/min, they ensure consistent, reliable performance, while maintaining back pressures between 350 and 550 bar under ambient temperature conditions.

Peak Width Performance

Our capillary columns provide impressive peak width performance, with widths consistently under 6 seconds at the base. For example, a 75µm x 15cm column operating at 300 nL/min with a 10-minute active gradient from 5% to 25% B at ambient temperature shows exceptional resolution and rapid separation. This ensures high-throughput, high-resolution analyses while maintaining excellent performance for complex samples. 

Integrated Column Technology

The integrated emitter design eliminates the need for separate emitters, unions, and ferrules, simplifying the setup and reducing the potential for leaks or clogging. Featuring a low back pressure frit and an approximately 5 µm orifice at the tip, this innovative design enhances permeability and reduces back pressure. The frit is strategically removed at the tip to further improve flow dynamics, lower back pressure, and minimize clogging, ensuring reliable, consistent performance even with challenging samples.
